Wouhouhou&#8230; C&rsquo;\u00e9tait le vendredi 20 mars.<\/p>\n<p>Rien n&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment pr\u00eat, mais je me suis quand m\u00eame lanc\u00e9 \u00a0(je pense\u00a0que c&rsquo;est parfois la bonne m\u00e9thode). \u00c7a n&rsquo;a donc pas \u00e9t\u00e9 de tout repos. Je vous fait la description de la journ\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>J&rsquo;ai pris un jour de cong\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>A 9h00 du matin, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tout nettoyer. R\u00e9sultat : de l&rsquo;air est rentr\u00e9 et \u00e7a a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0bouillonner\u00a0\u00bb, \u00a0un peu comme quand on souffle dans un verre d&rsquo;eau avec une paille. \u00c7a a m\u00eame un peu d\u00e9bord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>30 minutes d&rsquo;incompr\u00e9hension plus tard, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00ab\u00a0relu le manuel\u00a0\u00bb (i.e. apr\u00e8s avoir cherch\u00e9 sur internet), j&rsquo;ai compris qu&rsquo;il fallait que ce tuyau soit au dessus du tas de grain&#8230; C&rsquo;est tout de suite all\u00e9 beaucoup mieux. <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RTFM\">RTFM <\/a>comme on dit&#8230;<\/p>\n<h6>Rincage<\/h6>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9marr\u00e9 ensuite le rin\u00e7age vers 17h00, qui s&rsquo;est prolong\u00e9 1h30 (\u00e7a n&rsquo;\u00e9tait en fait pas n\u00e9cessaire qu&rsquo;il soit si long). J&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 maintenir cette \u00e9bullition en n&rsquo;utilisant que 55% de la puissance du corps de chauffe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1023.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-512\" src=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1023.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1023\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1023.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1023-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1023-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but j&rsquo;ai rajout\u00e9 60 grammes de <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cascade_hop\">houblon Cascade<\/a>. Le Cascade est un houblon nord-am\u00e9ricain \u00a0tr\u00e8s floral, qui est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral particuli\u00e8rement bien appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Ces 60 grammes vont apporter de l&rsquo;amertume \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re, mais peu de bouquet, car en 60 minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9bullition les huiles essentielles ont largement le temps de s\u2019\u00e9chapper. Puis 10 minutes avant la fin, on rajoute 90g de \u00a0cascade. 5 minutes avant, un mix de 75g de Cascade et 30g de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hops.com.au\/products\/galaxy-\">Galaxy<\/a>, un houblon extr\u00eamement fruit\u00e9 !\u00a0Et enfin juste \u00e0 la fin,\u00a0\u00e0 nouveau 60g de Cascade.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1025.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-514\" src=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1025.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1025\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1025.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1025-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/biere.alereno.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/IMG_1025-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6>Fermentation<\/h6>\n<p>La mise en fermentation consiste en le transfert et refroidissement du mo\u00fbt chaud dans la cuve de fermentation. Cette \u00e9tape m&rsquo;a pos\u00e9 un certain nombre\u00a0de probl\u00e8mes, notamment au niveau du filtre \u00e0 houblon. J&rsquo;ai perdu environ 6l de bi\u00e8re.\u00a0La encore, j&rsquo;ai appris pour la prochaine fois&#8230; Du coup, je n&rsquo;ai pas de photos de cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai qu&rsquo;une photo de\u00a0la cuve, d\u00e9j\u00e0 ensemenc\u00e9e par les <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Levure\">levures<\/a>. J&rsquo;en ajoute environ 300 milliards.
