Entre-temps, j&rsquo;avais fait une Canadian Ale, \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;extrait de malt, et non de grain, en utilisant les cuves de mon nouveau syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le style\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/India_Pale_Ale\">IPA<\/a> am\u00e9ricaine, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un clone de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bellsbeer.com\/brands\/info\/2\">Two Hearted Ale<\/a>, des brasseries Bells. Le brassage s&rsquo;est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9. Sauf qu&rsquo;\u00e0 posteriori, je pense qu&rsquo;il y a eu un probl\u00e8me dans ma gestion de la temp\u00e9rature. J&rsquo;ai aussi eu \u00e0 nouveau quelques couacs avec mon filtre \u00e0 houblon. Cependant, \u00e7a m&rsquo;a pris 6 heures de \u00ab\u00a0brassage\u00a0\u00bb, puis une heure de nettoyage. En fin d&rsquo;aspiration, l&rsquo;air\u00a0peut\u00a0passer et romps le siphon et environ 10 litres de mo\u00fbt restent la. Je suis oblig\u00e9 d&rsquo;enlever le filtre, de le nettoyer, puis de relancer le pompage. C&rsquo;est p\u00e9nible, mais bon, je ne vais pas jeter\u00a0tout ce bon mo\u00fbt dans la cuve ! J&rsquo;ai par contre d\u00e9j\u00e0 la solution, je vais mettre un deuxi\u00e8me filtre plus petit avec une vanne plus basse qui me permettra d&rsquo;aspirer la fin de cuve.<\/p>\n<h6>Fermentation<\/h6>\n<p>A la fin il y a donc\u00a017,5\u00b0 <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Degr%C3%A9_Plato\">Plato<\/a> de sucre dans la\u00a0cuve de fermentation. \u00c7\u00e0 repr\u00e9sente un chiffre assez haut qui me permets d&rsquo;envisager\u00a0un taux d&rsquo;alcool assez \u00e9lev\u00e9. Malheureusement, apr\u00e8s 3 semaines, les levures n&rsquo;en ont consomm\u00e9 que 12\u00b0P, et donc il en reste 5,5\u00b0P qui repr\u00e9sentent\u00a0la part de sucre non fermentescible que mon brassage a produit. J&rsquo;ai probablement brass\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature un chouia trop \u00e9lev\u00e9.
