Ils font n\u00e9anmoins toujours des bi\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses et qui ont du go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Ma favorite actuelle, est la Dead Pony Pale Ale, une bi\u00e8re \u00e0 3,8%, avec des ar\u00f4mes de boulangerie tellement elle sent le malt, et un bon wagon de houblon aromatique. en suisse elle est import\u00e9 par Amstein : vous devriez pouvoir la trouver.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est cette base que j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 d&rsquo;imiter. Bien entendue la recette et m\u00e9thodologie d&rsquo;origine est secr\u00e8te, \u00a0mais on connait les ingr\u00e9dients&#8230; Certains amateurs ont mis sur internet des recettes qu&rsquo;ils ont test\u00e9es. J&rsquo;en ai pris une et je l&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9e avec ce que j&rsquo;avais comme ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 la maison. Inutile de dire que le r\u00e9sultat sera diff\u00e9rent de l&rsquo;originale. Donc elle ne le sera pas \ud83d\ude41 ! Mais je voulais quand m\u00eame le dire.<\/p>\n<p>La Dead Pony contient 3 houblons : Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic.
