Et ca avait lamentablement foir\u00e9 suite \u00e0 un concassage trop fin, et un pompage trop violent qui ont fait que du grain est pass\u00e9 dans les pompes et que tout s&rsquo;est bloqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La recette que je voulais faire \u00e9tait celle de ce jour-la&#8230; Ben devinez quoi : celle-ci m&rsquo;a aussi pas mal pos\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me !!! Je soupconne fortement le <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maris_Otter\">Malt Maris Otter<\/a> qui est suppos\u00e9 \u00eatre un des meilleurs et des plus efficaces qui soit. C&rsquo;est aussi un des plus cher&#8230; Chaque fois que je m&rsquo;en suis servi, j&rsquo;ai eu ce style de probl\u00e8me. Verdict : j&rsquo;arr\u00eate le Maris Otter.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de probl\u00e8mes pendant le brassage, j&rsquo;ai aussi eu des probl\u00e8mes en fermentation.
