Le Nelson Sauvin n\u00e9o-z\u00e9landais est un houlbon tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 trouver. Il s&rsquo;appelle ainsi car il pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9risques du sauvignon blanc. \u00a0Le malt de cette bi\u00e8re est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent en bouche et on ressent toute la subtilit\u00e9 du Nelson qui apporte un go\u00fbt surprenant.
